Saturday 3pm

Charlton v Gillingham

There is no love lost on Gillingham's side for their sort-of-derby against Charlton, a club who have made definite plays to attract supporters from Kent to The Valley.

However, while the Gills will be full of commitment for their 30-mile trip along the A2 they could lack the quality to deny Charlton a seventh win in eight Sky Bet League One fixtures.

The Addicks, who have beaten sixth-placed Doncaster and leaders Portsmouth during this hot spell, have some decent talent in their ranks with midfielder Joe Aribo earning plenty of plaudits.

Centre-backs Patrick Bauer and Jason Pearce will have to watch Gills dangerman Tom Eaves, who leads the goalscoring charts in League One with 14 goals. None of his teammates, however, has more than three.

Recommendation
Charlton -0.75 on Asian handicap

Wigan v Birmingham

It was a poor performance from Birmingham last time out although they still nicked a point at Blackburn and City may not need to be anything special to gain a positive result at Wigan.

The hosts have won only two of their last 13 Championship matches and seem to have lost their way with just six shots on target in their last three fixtures – a poor return, even allowing for Kal Naismith's early red card in one of those games against Derby.

Recommendation
Birmingham +0.25 on Asian handicap
1pt 11-13 188Bet
