There are only three matches taking place in the Premier League on Saturday but there is plenty riding on those games.

Title-chasers Liverpool take a trip to Brighton in the lunchtime fixture before relegation rivals Brentford and Burnley clash at 3pm. The top-flight action concludes at Old Trafford, where Manchester United and Tottenham put their top-four credentials on the line.

The EFL's promotion and relegation battles are also approaching an important stage of the season with several key matches taking place across English football's second, third and fourth tiers on Saturday.

Brighton v Liverpool

BT Sport 1, 12.30pm Saturday

Brighton have suffered four straight defeats and their poor form suggests Liverpool should enjoy their trip to the Sussex coast. Splitting stakes between a 1-0 and 2-0 away win could prove profitable, given five of the Seagulls' eight league defeats this season have been by one of those two scorelines.

Best bet
Liverpool to win 1-0 or 2-0

Manchester United v Tottenham

Sky Sports Main Event & Premier League, 5.30pm Saturday

Tottenham have won four of their last six Premier League away games and can move into the top five by beating Manchester United at Old Trafford. The Red Devils are playing poorly and are seven points worse off than they were at this stage of last season.

Best bet
Tottenham draw no bet

Bet of the day

Burton to beat Fleetwood 3pm Saturday

Burton have gone through a rough patch in recent weeks but they should be too strong for Fleetwood, who are perched just one point above the drop zone. The Cod Army have gone ten games without a win and the injuries are piling up, which won't help their cause.

Goalscorer bet of the day

Manchester United v Tottenham
Sky Sports Main Event & Premier League, 5.30pm Saturday

Heung-Min Son has two goals and two assists in his last four games and has a habit of scoring in big games, netting against Manchester City, Liverpool and Arsenal this year. He also has three goals in his last three games against Manchester United and looks good value at 21-10 with bet365 to get on the scoresheet.
