Jarrod Bowen may not be risked as he continues his recovery from a heel injury. Vladimir Coufal and Angelo Ogbonna are still out but Manuel Lanzini should be available despite being involved in a car accident this week.
Everton
Allan is suspended after his red card against Newcastle. Yerry Mina, Tom Davies and Andros Townsend are injured and Donny van de Beek, Asmir Begovic and Fabian Delph are doubts.
Match preview
West Ham's dramatic 3-2 win over Frank Lampard's Chelsea in July 2020 proved to be a turning point for the Hammers, who had been in serious relegation trouble after losing seven of their previous nine Premier League matches.
This weekend the boot is on the other foot as Lampard returns to his boyhood club as manager of an Everton side whose 68-year stay in the top flight of English football is under serious threat.
Things could have been even worse for the Toffees had Alex Iwobi not scored a 99th-minute winner against Newcastle in their last league game before the international break although Lampard's squad did not have long to enjoy that vital 1-0 victory.
They were thumped 4-0 at Crystal Palace in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup, prompting Lampard to question not only the confidence but the courage of the players he inherited from Rafael Benitez when he arrived at Goodison Park at the end of January.
Everton's players have reasons to be fearful about their trip to the London Stadium, having lost eight of their last nine away games in the league before their FA Cup mauling at Selhurst Park.
West Ham have kicked on superbly under David Moyes since flirting with relegation in 2019-20. They finished sixth last season, are unlikely to end up any lower than eighth this term, and have Thursday's Europa League quarter-final first leg against Lyon on the horizon.
The winners of that tie could face Barcelona in the semis and the Hammers will have taken great heart from their gritty last-16 victory over Sevilla, the most successful team in the history of the Europa League.
Less than three days after their extra-time win over the Andalusians, Moyes's men looked understandably jaded in a 3-1 league defeat at in-form Tottenham but the international break should have freshened them up nicely.
Jarrod Bowen, who had been tipped for an England call-up before suffering an unfortunate heel injury, is back in training and West Ham's attacking players will have enjoyed the highlights reel of Everton's defending in their cup defeat to Palace.
The first goal they conceded at Selhurst Park was a Marc Guehi header from a corner and set-pieces are an area of strength for the Hammers.
The hosts have a solid record at the London Stadium, claiming thrilling 3-2 wins over Liverpool and Chelsea earlier in the season and taking ten points from their last four league games on their own patch, against Watford, Newcastle, Wolves and Aston Villa.
West Ham won October's reverse fixture against Benitez's Toffees thanks to a late header from centre-back Angelo Ogbonna and Lampard's failure to solve Everton's defensive problems or improve their woeful away form suggests the Hammers can complete a double.
