Southampton's survival hopes remain in the balance due to too many draws but they look solid odds-on favourites to get a precious victory over Cardiff.

Southampton have not lost a game since December and there have been some decent performances in that run, including a 0-0 draw at Chelsea and 2-1 wins at Leicester and at home to Everton.

Cardiff are still battling away but they have the second-worst away record in the division and it looks set to get even worse.
