Football betting expert Aaron Ashley gives his best bets for the Saturday 3pm Premier League matches - Bournemouth v Fulham, Huddersfield v Watford, West Ham v Leicester and Wolves v Brighton.

Bournemouth v Fulham

Fulham chalked up just their fifth success of the season at home to Everton last weekend, and with the Cottagers’ fate already determined, they can play with a sense of freedom at Bournemouth.

Although too late for them to stay up, Fulham’s performances have improved under Scott Parker and the attacking threat they carry via Ryan Babel and Aleksandar Mitrovic can cause problems for the Cherries.

But Fulham have been terrible on their travels and their defence have shipped 76 goals in 34 league games, so Bournemouth will rightly fancy their chances.

Recommendation
Both teams to score & over 2.5 goals

Team news
Bournemouth
The Cherries have no fresh injury concerns.

Fulham
Timothy Fosu-Mensah is a doubt but Floyd Ayite could return. Alfie Mawson is nearing a return but this match could come too soon.

Key stat
Both-teams-to-score backers have been rewarded in five of Fulham's last seven away league games.

Huddersfield v Watford

Huddersfield have lost 19 of their last 21 league matches and punters should keep things simple and back Watford to pile more misery on the toothless Terriers.

Troy Deeney’s suspension and doubts over Gerard Deulofeu and Roberto Pereyra are unlikely to see the Hornets at full strength, but Huddersfield have struggled for goals all season – no player has more than three – and Watford may not need to be at their best to win.

The Hornets carved out 20 chances to Manchester United’s eight in a 2-1 defeat on their most recent road trip and a repeat of that should see them sink the relegated hosts.

Recommendation
Watford

Team news
Huddersfield
Isaac Mbenza could feature but Karlan Grant is a doubt. Philip Billing may return but Laurent Depoitre is out.

Watford
Troy Deeney begins a three-match ban, while Gerard Deulofeu and Roberto Pereyra face late fitness tests.

Key stat
Huddersfield have conceded 17 goals in suffering six consecutive defeats.

West Ham v Leicester

Brendan Rodgers has guided Leicester to four wins from just six matches in charge, but the Foxes have capitalised on a generous run of fixtures and are too short in their pursuit of maximum points at West Ham.

Since taking over in late February, Rodgers’ men have recorded wins over Fulham, Burnley, Bournemouth and Huddersfield and last weekend’s limp 1-0 loss at home to Newcastle suggests they may not have improved as much as people think.

The Hammers have toppled Arsenal and Manchester United and drew with Chelsea and Liverpool at home this term. They may have been underestimated.

Recommendation
West Ham
1pt 23-10 bet365

Team news
West Ham
Marko Arnautovic is fit to feature and Aaron Cresswell is also ready to return. Manuel Lanzini, Javier Hernandez and Samir Nasri are doubts.

Leicester
Marc Albrighton is expected to return.

Key stat
West Ham have lost just one of their seven home league fixtures in 2019.

Wolves v Brighton

Wolves have struggled to stamp their authority against the Premier League’s lesser lights this season and they may be frustrated by a Brighton side fighting for survival.

Nuno’s troops are still in the hunt for a top-seven finish but they have twice suffered defeat to relegated Huddersfield, while also losing at Cardiff, Burnley, Brighton and Southampton. Throw in draws with Fulham and Newcastle and Wolves should be swerved at skinny prices.

Brighton have failed to score in their last five games and Chris Hughton is likely to set up his side to stay in the contest for as long as possible.

Recommendation
0-0 draw at half-time

Team news
Wolves
Nuno has a fully-fit squad to choose from with Ryan Bennett hoping for a recall.

Brighton
Anthony Knockaert is suspended and Jason Steele is a
long-term absentee.

Key stat
Wolves have been level at the break in five of their last six home games, three of which were goalless.
