Swansea boss Carlos Carvalhal joked this week that he has great record against Manchester United – due to never managing against them – but that looks set to change at Old Trafford.

The Swans have improved under his tutelage in their bid to avoid relegation but recent displays have been less encouraging. They lost the shot count by a remarkable 19-0 in a goalless draw with Huddersfield and put up little resistance against Tottenham in the FA Cup.

 Manchester United have conceded just seven goals at home this season.

 Paul Pogba is likely to come in for Scott McTominay while Marcos Rojo, Ander Herrera and Ashley Young should all be involved.

 The Swans have no fresh concerns but Jordan Ayew is still banned.
