Relegation is becoming more realistic by the week for Everton and the Toffees’ troubles could be extended by a home defeat to Wolves.

The Merseysiders have lost 11 of their last 14 Premier League assignments and the manner in which they folded in last Monday’s 5-0 thrashing at Tottenham, where they failed to register a shot on target, should be of serious concern.

And those issues are unlikely to cut it against a well-organised Wolves outfit who are in European contention following Thursday’s 4-0 rout of Watford.

Only the Premier League’s top three have conceded fewer than Wolves this season and while they look efficient and have a team full of character, Everton simply do not.
