Southampton have missed a number of opportunities to get closer to the teams outside of the relegation zone and are worth opposing against Bournemouth.

Rivalry between the teams has intensified over the last three years and that may be bad news for Southampton, who can expect the Cherries to be fully motivated.

Bournemouth are almost safe from relegation but they played with a decent tempo in their 2-0 loss to Manchester United ten days ago.

They can cause problems for Saints, who look poor value odds-on favourites.
