Traditionally there has been no place like home when it comes to derby day in North London, but it's worth backing Tottenham to deliver a rare feat of awayday glory when these old rivals cross swords at The Emirates.

Younes Kaboul grabbed the late, late winner for a Harry Redknapp side the last time Tottenham won at Arsenal in the Premier League, which illustrates quite how long ago it was.

Twelve years on from that 3-2 triumph, they meet again at lunchtime. Both side are in the richest of form but Spurs are preferred.

North London dust-ups are never meaningless, but given the consistency issues dogging Liverpool and Chelsea, this one might be massive in the race for second spot, although top spot is on the line more immediately.

Arsenal are already there thanks to six wins and just a solitary defeat. Spurs are only a point behind after five wins and two draws.

They and Manchester City are the only two undefeated teams left in the top flight and Tottenham should still have that badge of honour come the final whistle.

Home dominance is clearly an issue that might beguile plenty of punters – the last 16 matches in this fixture, at either ground, have failed to produce an away win.

Arsenal's home form is also very decent – they have won six in a row at home in the league, scoring at least twice in each of them.

Indeed, they are playing nicely with a front four, with Martin Odegaard returning, which is as lively and potent as any attack in the league. Only two teams have scored more - Manchester City and Spurs.

But the home advantage stat will mean absolutely nothing to Antonio Conte, who has taken charge of only one North London derby, a routine 3-0 romp at the Tottenham Stadium in May.

The Italian will back his own forward options, no one more than Harry Kane, fresh from scoring for England against Germany on Monday night to make it seven for the season.

Kane has scored in eight of his last ten league games and has scored 13 in 15 matches against Arsenal in the league. The England skipper has failed to find the net in only four of the 11 matches he has played against Arsenal in the top division, and he looked at his very best helping Tottenham demolish Leicester 6-2 in their final game before the break.

Arsenal have not kept a home clean sheet in the league since March while Conte's visitors are unbeaten in their last eight domestic road trips. They look a decent price.
