Tuesday's FA Cup preview

Boreham Wood's FA Cup third-round replay with League One Accrington on Tuesday evening has been postponed after an inspection deemed the surface at the Wham Stadium unplayable.

The National League side, whose run to last season's FA Cup fifth round was the best effort in their history, earned a replay with third tier Stanley after a 1-1 home draw.

Luke Garrard's men must now wait until next Tuesday evening for the conclusion of their cup tie, and either Leeds or Cardiff will be waiting for the victor in round four.

There are still five replays to embrace, however, and Bristol City look good value to come through their return match with Championship rivals Swansea at the Liberty Stadium.

Nigel Pearson's side are unbeaten in their last four matches and gained plenty of confidence from Saturday's 4-2 success at home to Birmingham, which was their best performance for some time.

The Robins are unbeaten on their last four road trips and their pacy attack could cause problems for Swansea's high defensive line.

Talented Ghanaian forward Antoine Semenyo has contributed three goals and an assist in the last three matches and he looks a potential match-winner against the Swans, who have won just two of their last 12 fixtures.
