Thursday's preview

Away specialists Real Betis can demonstrate their travelling prowess by going to Frankfurt and avenging their first-leg loss against Eintracht in the Europa League.

The Seville side have work to do after losing 2-1 at home to the German outfit in what was their fifth successive match without a win.

They bounced back at the weekend, beating Athletic Bilbao 1-0, and the preceding winless run was pretty much a blip in an otherwise fantastic season.

And away from home they excel. Only Real Madrid have accrued more road points than Betis in La Liga and they have won 13 away games in all competitions, including at Ferencvaros and Zenit in the Europa League.

Frankfurt are a Bundesliga mid-table unit who hadn't won at home since before Christmas until they saw off Bochum 2-1 in an utterly unconvincing effort on Sunday.

PSV Eindhoven had 67 per cent possession, nine shots on target and missed a penalty in the 4-4 draw at home to Copenhagen in the Conference League. It's hard to imagine a repeat of that level of dominance will go unrewarded in the second leg.
