Swole Patrol pulled off a shock 2-0 win over heavyweights Team Liquid in their second match of the ESL Pro League season 11 and they can also overcome out-of-form Evil Geniuses.
Bookmakers rate Evil Geniuses 1-8 favourites but they will have to improve on a performance which saw them lose their opener 2-1 against 100 Thieves.
They also lost to the same opposition as well as Team Liquid in February’s IEM Katowice and their opponents can at least make the first map competitive.
Before their win over Liquid, Swole Patrol also pushed 100 Thieves close in their tournament opener, winning the first map 19-16 with three of their players posting positive kill-death ratios.
