Celtic won’t take Cluj for granted but they look too short at home to a team who have already proved themselves to be a serious outfit at Parkhead this season.

Dan Petrescu’s Romanian league leaders triumphed 4-3 at Celtic in the Champions League qualifiers in August and looked a lively side in that contest.

They proved that success was no fluke by beating Lazio 2-1 in their Europa League Group E opener.

Celtic are strong at home and unbeaten since that devastating loss against Cluj, but they look a crazy price given the calibre of the opposition.

Cluj will, however, look less sharp if crocked 11-goal top scorer Billel Omrani doesn’t make it.
