BATE last played competitively on matchday six of the Europa League group stage and their rustiness further undermines any slim hopes of an upset.

The Belarusian champions put up a spirited display when hosting Chelsea in Group L, arguably deserving better than the 1-0 defeat, but they played a much-changed Blues side with at least half an eye on domestic commitments.

Arsenal are unlikely to be so distracted given they have a free weekend following this and no other titles to gun for.

Manager Unai Emery takes the Europa League seriously, winning it three times with Sevilla, and has taken all his available big guns to Borisov.

The Gunners won 4-2 in Borisov in 2017 and should prove as dominant once again.
