Rotherham have picked up just one point in two games under new manager Matt Taylor and they could be drawn into a tight affair by fellow strugglers Huddersfield at the New York Stadium.

Taylor took a bold decision by moving to Rotherham from Exeter, where he was rightly revered for the work done over a four-year spell in the dugout.

However, he has taken on a tough job with the Millers, who were relegated from the Championship in 2017, 2019 and 2021.

Rotherham made a promising start to the season but performances have dipped and last Saturday's 3-0 loss at Blackburn left them only four points above the drop zone.

While Rotherham arguably over-performed in the early part of the season, Huddersfield suffered from an almighty playoff hangover.

However, the Terriers have taken seven points from their last four matches and they can secure a stalemate this weekend.
