A run of just one defeat in 21 League One matches since Christmas has propelled MK Dons into the automatic-promotion places but they face a tricky home fixture against playoff hopefuls Sheffield Wednesday.

The Dons, who dropped points in a 1-1 draw at AFC Wimbledon last weekend, are bidding for a fifth win in their last six home games against an Owls side who have done most of their best work at Hillsborough this season.

Only six of Wednesday's 20 league victories have come away from home although they have done the double over leaders Wigan, won at highflying Rotherham, and beat MK Dons 2-1 in November's reverse fixture.
