Charlton Athletic remain among the favourites for relegation from the Sky Bet Championship this term but they have given an excellent account of themselves since returning to England's second tier.

Lee Bowyer's men took maximum points against Blackburn Rovers and Stoke City before snatching a draw in a tricky trip to Oakwell against Barnsley.

Last season's top scorer Lyle Taylor has been on the scoresheet in each of those assignments and can help the Addicks rock a Nottingham Forest outfit who have had a tough start to the season.

Forest faced West Brom and Leeds in their opening two matches, from which they managed one point, and despite a 3-0 win at Birmingham last time out, it could be a favourable time to be facing them.

New manager Sabri Lamouchi has used only 15 players in the league this campaign but is getting to grips with England's second tier and it may take longer for him to put right Forest's dismal away form.

In 2018-19 they won only four of their 23 matches on the road, often struggling to convert stalemates into successes.

The Addicks are brimming with confidence and, having failed to score in only three games at The Valley last term, they are worth backing in front of the TV cameras.
