It's 7-1 the field in a wide-open Tour de France – if you pretend Chris Froome and Nairo Quintana are not taking part.

The market points strongly to Froome and Quintana dominating the battle for the yellow jersey, but it is far harder to predict who will join them on the podium in Paris on Sunday week.
