Beaten in the French 1,000 Guineas this daughter of Rock Of Gibraltar lined up two weeks later in the Irish 1,000 Guineas and won from the Aidan O'Brien outsider Ishvana, with the runaway English 1,000 Guineas winner Homecoming Queen back in fourth. Samitar went on to Grade 1 success in the US for Chad Brown.

Music Show2010
Winner of the Rockfel at two, Music Show won the Nell Gywn to push herself to the forefront of the betting for the 1,000 Guineas. Sent off 7-1 she was unfortunate in that she led home her group in the middle of the track but could finish only sixth behind the promoted Sentry Duty in the favoured stands' side group. She went on to win the Group 1 Falmouth on the July course, with Special Duty back in seventh.
