Two of Britain's leading syndicate groups have expressed frustration and confusion over the stringent rules surrounding filming on racecourses and their potential to damage the raceday experience and enjoyment for owners.

Foxtrot Racing was threatened with the suspension of its Twitter account by Racing TV (RTV) after posting a message containing a video taken by an owner of Solstice Star at Cheltenham on Sunday.

The video, taken before the Glenfarclas Cross Country Handicap Chase, shows the various sets of connections in the paddock and the crowds around the periphery and ends shortly after the arrival of Sam Twiston-Davies, who was riding Solstice Star, to greet the owners.
