'It's brilliant to get the chance' - Flanagan thrilled with Kettle call-up

Sean Flanagan has jumped at the chance of an unexpected Grade 1 tilt aboard Arkle heroine Put The Kettle On at Leopardstown on Sunday, having had the call-up for an exciting clash with Chacun Pour Soi and Notebook.
The Henry de Bromhead-trained mare was rerouted to the Paddy's Rewards Club Chase after her intended Kempton clash with Altior was halted due to the Covid-19 travel ban between the UK and Ireland, and her regular rider Aidan Coleman's loss has been Flanagan's gain.
With Rachael Blackmore declared to ride stablemate Notebook, Flanagan, who has ridden nine winners for De Bromhead in the past three years, will bid to extend Put The Kettle On's admirable record to eight victories from her last nine starts.
