Rollover as punters fail to hit the Target in final leg

There was agony for two Scoop6 ticket holders as they were denied by Sew On Target’s victory in the final leg of the bet at Chepstow.

Neither Bold Henry or Canicallyouback were able to take the concluding contest, meaning as much as £350,000 could be up for grabs should one player land the win pool next week and the bonus pot the following week.

Mark Pearson, spokesman for Totepool, said: “For a moment it looked like Bold Henry was going to challenge but unfortunately for that small-staking punter Colin Tizzard’s Sew On Target was too strong. The combined funds next weekend should be £350,000.”
