Mark Johnston : hit the right note with Octave Pic: Edward WhitakerCredit: Edward Whitaker
Octave was handed an opening quote of 25-1 for next month's Group 3 Albany Stakes at Royal Ascot by Paddy Power after justifying strong support in the 6f fillies' novice stakes.

Trainer Mark Johnston has a decent pack of juveniles to shuffle for the royal meeting and the newcomer will come into contention after this win under Silvestre de Sousa.
