Paul Roy reckons he has unfinished business in the Derby, but the former BHA chairman could put that right after King Ottokar emerged as a live contender for the Investec-sponsored Classic by winning the 1m2f conditions race in which dual Arc heroine Enable was beaten two years ago.

The son of 2005 Epsom ace Motivator is 16-1 (from 50) with Paddy Power for the Derby, in which Roy's Sixties Icon was seventh behind Sir Percy in 2006.

"I'm very excited and think he's a lovely horse," the owner said of King Ottokar.
