It might not be Goodwood but Elite Racing still have Zest

Elite Racing Club may have been more accustomed to cheering home winners at Glorious Goodwood in yesteryears, though were just as delighted to celebrate Zest’s victory in the feature 1m2f handicap here.

The James Fanshawe-trained daughter of Duke Of Marmalade, who is a half-sister to Elite's Sussex Stakes winner Soviet Song and closely related to their Glorious Goodwood handicap victor Ribbons, relished the step up in trip under a beautifully-timed ride from Tom Queally to deny Both Sides by a short head.
