Even by his own standards, it has been another remarkable season for Mark Johnston, who reached 200 winners in Britain yet again when Arctic Sound provided him back-to-back wins in the Group 3 Tattersalls Stakes.

Johnston, who became Britain's winningmost trainer at York last month when saddling his 4,194th winner, achieved the feat of saddling 200 winners for the eighth time in ten years.

But after Arctic Sound emulated stablemate Elarqam, the trainer admitted he would really like a Group 1 winner to top it all off.
