Yorker, winner of three Grade 1s in South Africa, ran a massive race as a 14-1 shot on his British debut for William Haggas in the Group 3 Strensall Stakes at York last month.

Returning from over two years on the sidelines, the seven-year-old finished a length and a quarter runner-up to Scottish, and a mere reproduction of that performance would clearly make him fiendishly difficult to beat in this lower grade.
