ITV Racing tips: one key runner from each of the seven races on ITV on Saturday

1.50 Newbury
BetVictor Carnarvon Stakes, 6f, Listed

Tactical was a Group 2 winner as a two-year-old and returned with a good win at Newmarket last month. He should take some beating, although Creative Force looks to be growing in stature, while the experienced Happy Romance will be competitive with the fillies' allowance.

SPOTLIGHT TIP: Creative Force

Below best last June but won his other 3 starts, over 6f at Newmarket; on the way up

Newbury Placepot picks: Paul Kealy goes with an eight-line perm on Saturday

Betway Fairway Stakes, 1m2f, Listed

This is very competitive. John Leeper was superb in a Newcastle novice last month and is a 16-1 shot for the Cazoo Derby. He could well enhance his Classic credentials but Fancy Man has experience on his side as well as some good form in the book. Flyin' High has won both starts this year for Andrew Balding.

SPOTLIGHT TIP: John Leeper

Looked a raw but major talent in easily coming from rear to win at Newcastle (1m2f, AW)

Al Rayyan Stakes (registered as Aston Park Stakes), 1m4f, Group 3

On current form it will take a lot to stop Al Aasy, who could be developing into a Group 1 middle-distance performer. If Logician is back to his three-year-old level he will push the favourite, while Ranch Hand arrives looking for a four-timer.

SPOTLIGHT TIP: Al Aasy

Progressive colt; comfortably won the John Porter here on reappearance; respected

Saturday's free racing tips: six horses to consider putting in your multiples

2.40 Newmarket
Betway King Charles II Stakes, 7f, Listed

Jane Chapple-Hyam already has the high-class Saffron Beach in her yard and Bellosa could prove to be another three-year-old filly of genuine ability. Cloudbridge looks the type to train on this season and could prove the biggest threat to the the favourite.

SPOTLIGHT TIP: Bellosa

Impressive winner over C&D on debut; smart prospect and looks one to follow; respected

3.00 Newbury
BetVictor London Gold Cup Handicap, 1m2f

A classy handicap in which the unexposed Bay Bridge looks to have a leading chance. Tamborrada should not be taken lightly as he goes in search of a four-timer for Godolphin and Charlie Appleby.

SPOTLIGHT TIP: Bay Bridge

Taking display on AW return (1m2f) and should have a very big shout on this handicap debut

The Punt Daily: Tom Collins' free horse racing tips on Saturday afternoon

Heed Your Hunch At Betway Handicap, 6f

Seven Brothers returned from a 245-day break and gelding operation to win on his reappearance at Doncaster last month and could yet progress off a mark of 88. Jumby has run well in good races for Eve Johnson Houghton and Perotto should step forward after finishing second last time.

SPOTLIGHT TIP: Jadwal

Needs to settle better but could be superior to this mark if and when things click

3.35 Newbury
Al Shaqab Lockinge Stakes, 1m, Group 1

Something will need to take a big step forward to compete with Palace Pier, who is the miler to beat in Europe this season. Lope Y Feranandez, My Oberon and Top Rank all won on their reappearances, as did Lady Bowthorpe. Lord Glitters returns from his successful stint in Dubai.

SPOTLIGHT TIP: Palace Pier

Has quickly developed into a top miler; record is 6-7; clear on ratings; hard to oppose
