Jessica Harrington has been firing in the winners recently and the hat-trick-seeking Morpho Blue is one of three runners for the trainer at Limerick.
The daughter of Mastercraftsman faces five rivals and bids to follow up a win over seven furlongs at Leopardstown and over a mile at this track, where she held on to win by a short head.
"Morpho Blue is in good form and I think dropping back in distance should help her," said Harrington. "It looks a hot little race. It's another stepping stone for her and, hopefully, it will go well."
Aidan O'Brien is represented by All The King's Men, a Listed winner over 5½f at Navan last season, who narrowly lost out by a head when tackling this trip for the first time at Leopardstown last month.
"All The King's Men has always shown plenty of pace and ran very well when upped in trip last time," O'Brien said.
The Damian English-trained Geological, who has won two of his three runs at Limerick, is making a quick reappearance having finished third behind stablemate Mokhalad over a mile at Bellewstown four days ago. Colin Keane, who won on the seven-year-old in May, is back on board the ten-time winner.
Port Lions, who was not beaten far in a premier handicap at the Curragh last weekend, represents Madeleine Tylicki while Tom Hogan's Honor Oak is a six-time winner.
Completing the line-up with last year's champion apprentice Shane Crosse is the Joseph O'Brien-trained Equitant, who won twice at Dundalk in January.
