All you need to start your day including going from all the tracks
Mondays are notoriously quiet and the field sizes hardly promise anything better today, with a couple of matches among the card at Kempton, but there are some spots of rare quality.
One of the matches is between two graded novice chase winners from last season, Clan Des Obeaux and RSA runner-up Whisper. The other includes Give Me A Copper, who is very much an above-average novice chase prospect.
At Carlisle, Brio Conti makes the long journey from Ditcheat and would be just about the most exciting horse Paul Nicholls will send chasing this year. There is also a graduation chase, in which King's Odyssey comes up against promising novices Nuts Well and Derintoher Yank.

What to read
Catch up with the weekend just passed with Weighed In.
Might Bite made a surprisingly straightforward return to action at Sandown. Our analysts give their view.
What to watch
It's the November meeting at Cheltenham over the weekend, including the BetVictor Gold Cup. Paul Nicholls talks about his possible runners.
The best of Racing Post Sport
The World Cup playoffs continue on Monday, with the pick of them probably Italy vs Sweden.
There are also a selection of International friendlies, including Poland vs Mexico.
Final thought
The way Might Bite buried the opposition early in the straight yesterday is a reminder of how potent his talent remains. However, the golden rule with graduation chases, almost invariably small-field affairs, is that they are rarely a worthwhile testing ground for anything more serious.
