All you need to start your day including going from all the tracks
Final declarations and the draw for the Arc will become known later today and will no doubt hog the headlines, but as on the day of the race itself the home picture is something of a jumping juxtaposition.
On Sunday it will be Uttoxeter, Kelso and mixed action from Tipperary, today it is Huntingdon, Warwick and Clonmel. There is at least some Flat on, albeit none on the turf. Lingfield makes up the afternoon diet, while Chelmsford is on the evening shift.

Final Thought
The jumps pattern committee has focused this year on introducing new opportunities for fillies and mares and commitment to diversity in those terms is laudable. It would be pleasing in future to see a wider array of tracks considered for new black type races. A season-defining race for the likes of Taunton (over fences, ideally) or Ludlow would probably make for a more utilitarian move than supplying yet another Cheltenham feature.
