Day three of the Flat turf season and not a meeting in sight as jump racing monopolises the action with fixtures at Huntingdon, Market Rasen and Taunton.

There is all-weather action this week but Flat turf fans have to wait until Friday and Bath for another meeting on the grass following two days at Doncaster.

Perhaps Flat racing should have postponed the turf start until after the Good Friday all-weather championship gala.
