Postponed strengthens Horse of the Year claims

Postponed put himself firmly in the reckoning to challenge for Cartier Horse of the Year honours with his brilliant success in the Group 1 Juddmonte International Stakes at York last week.

Already in pole position in the Cartier Older Horse category, the Roger Varian-trained star is being aimed at the Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe in October.

Aidan O’Brien’s Minding continues to lead the overall standings for Cartier Horse of the Year and Cartier Three-Year-Old Filly.
