Ronan McNally case looks awful - but why aren't we being shown the evidence?

Since the IHRB published its findings into what looks like an elaborate matrix of conspiracy masterminded by Ronan McNally, many have wondered what the difference is between him and other supposed untouchables. It's a legitimate question.

It has long been a lamentable default IHRB tactic to shoot little fish in a barrel while ravenous sharks roam the open water unimpeded.

When the non-trier rules were rewritten in 2017, there was an initial period when some of the game's heavyweights were hauled across the coals, but that rigour soon wore off and energy was once again focused on persecuting those at the lower end of the food chain. The path of least resistance.
