'Our aim is to be ready' - Weekender columnist preparing for 2020 Flat campaign
It remains a difficult time for everyone but I'm looking forward to the summer and hoping that will bring better news for us all.
The Coronavirus or not, life carries on at Barbury and we're still working the horses. A few of the staff are on holiday but we're still riding out the best part of 30 in each lot.
The jumpers haven't been turned out yet, it's too cold and we've got no grass so that won't be for another three or four weeks.
