Everyone knows what a great trainer of horses Nicky Henderson is, but he is also a great trainer of people.
Ed and Harry Dunlop, Charlie Longsdon, Ben Pauling, Tom Symonds and Toby Lawes are among those to have graduated from the acclaimed Seven Barrows finishing school and Jamie Snowden is another to fall into that category.
He is in the slightly unusual position in that he also had a season as pupil assistant to Paul Nicholls.
