Has the BHA really learned nothing from the Oisin Murphy affair?

It has been more than two weeks since champion apprentice Marco Ghiani was deemed "unfit" to ride by the stewards at Brighton, having failed a drugs test according to reports.

Then, last week, Sean Levey was stood down, having failed a saliva test for a prohibited substance at Sandown, although he has now been cleared to return after a second test proved negative.

Yet despite being over a fortnight removed from the Ghiani positive and the Levey case having now seemingly been concluded, we have still heard nothing from the BHA on either, bar a perfunctory statement offering no comment on Levey's return.
