Fairyhouse Saturday

The Grade 3 Bobbyjo Chase, which tops the bill at Fairyhouse today, has been a lucky race for us with seven of the last nine runnings having being won by horses from Closutton.

We're going for five in a row in the race and we have four of the six runners in the Grade 3 event including Bellshill, who won the race in 2018, and the 2017 winner Pleasant Company.

We took Bellshill out of the Cheltenham Gold Cup following his lacklustre performance in the Irish Gold Cup and although the track, the trip and the testing ground will suit him, he'll need to improve on his disappointing effort at Leopardstown.
