Enable was a joy to watch once again on Thursday as she landed a fourth straight Group 1 victory. The Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe is hers for the taking now.

John Gosden says she is the best filly he has trained over a mile and a half and it's hard to argue with that, although Frankie Dettori said he wanted to wait until after the Arc before saying anything similar. In my opinion, though, I can't think of a better filly he has ridden at this distance.

To make her own running around York and sprint away up the straight shows the class she has. It puts her in a league of her own. Some people wondered whether her rivals could have made things a bit tougher for her, but if they had started to challenge earlier they would have burned out and had no chance of lasting home.
