Don't worry about Laurina! She's great and could return in Relkeel Hurdle
I know some people might be a little concerned Laurina has yet to appear this season but don’t be. I'm not at all bothered she hasn’t come out yet as she is in terrific form at home and I couldn't be any happier with her.
The plan was to bring her back to Cheltenham for the International Hurdle but the forecast was not in our favour and the sensible thing to do was swerve it. It is good ground at Cheltenham at the moment and there doesn’t seem to be any rain arriving so I didn’t want to chance her. There is no harm done.
The Relkeel Hurdle at Cheltenham on New Year’s Day is a real possibility for her now, unless we can find a more suitable race in shallow waters for her to dip her toes into. She’s doing just fine.
