Busy Penhill ready to face Tiger Roll in Boyne Hurdle
Sunday runners
We're represented in just two races on the Navan card with Penhill, Bachasson and Killultagh Vic going in the Grade 2 Ladbrokes Boyne Hurdle (1.50) over 2m5f, while Francin runs in the second division of the 2m maiden hurdle (2.20).
Penhill will be having his fourth run of the season and while he was no match for Benie Des Dieux in the Galmoy Hurdle last month, we were happy enough with his effort. He's been in good form since but the testing ground might be an issue for him, although the conditions of the race are in his favour. We're very happy but it will be a tough test for him.
Bachasson hasn't run since finishing fourth behind Tiger Roll in the same race a year ago, so it will be a tough ask for him taking on more race-fit rivals.
