David Egan enjoyed a sit on Mishriff for the first time in three months on Wednesday and said his mount "has got it all" as the pair prepare to team up in the Coral-Eclipse at Sandown on Saturday.

The former champion apprentice may have missed out on some of the 7-4 joint favourite’s pay days in 2020 but has more than atoned for that now, with victories in the $20 million Saudi Cup and the $6m Sheema Classic already in the bag this year.

Owner Prince Faisal's retained rider got the call to partner John and Thady Gosden's hope in his final blow-out on Newmarket's Al Bahathri Polytrack and the four-year-old looked up for his bid to take the Group 1 contest back to Clarehaven Stables for the third time in four years.
