All three jumps meeting on Tuesday hinge on raceday inspections due to the threat of inclement weather.

Newcastle is forecast low overnight temperatures but clerk of the course James Armstrong is optimistic the fixture will go ahead.

Lingfield was described as raceable on Monday morning but the forecast for more rain is concerning officials.

Clerk of the course George Hill tweeted on Monday morning: "Precautionary inspection 8am tomorrow morning due to forecast. Heavy (a few areas of standing water, but with rail movements raceable). Track won't be able to take much more heavy rain. 6mm rain yesterday. Forecast: showers/rain today with totals 5-10mm."

If the meeting does survive the elements, there will be changes to the hurdle and chase races. The second hurdle on the back straight and fences two and three on the back straight will be omitted due to the ground conditions.

Tuesday's card at Down Royal must also pass a morning inspection, scheduled for 7.45am. The check has been called due to the threat of low overnight temperatures.
