Catterick set for Monday meeting following parade ring redevelopment
Catterick will host its first meeting on Monday since undergoing a £600,000 redevelopment to its parade ring and weighing room.
The improvements, designed by Harris Irwin Associates, includes an extension of the weighing room, with new features such as a warm-up area, and an enlargement of the parade ring to include the winner's enclosure.
Clerk of the course Fiona Needham said: "We've enlarged the parade ring to incorporate the winner's enclosure and we've also redeveloped the weighing room. It was something that needed doing."
The North Yorkshire track will host a seven-race card, with the opening contest starting at 2.15.
