Henry de Bromhead on the Gold Cup star who 'comes alive at Cheltenham'
Henry de Bromhead has admitted pitching Minella Indo into the King George may have been "putting a square peg into a round hole" but reports last year's Cheltenham Gold Cup hero to be back on the right track.
He is also convinced a return to Minella Indo's happiest hunting ground in March can reignite the fire in his belly.
Since fending off stablemate A Plus Tard in the 2021 Gold Cup, Minella Indo has been well beaten by Frodon in the Ladbrokes Champion Chase at Down Royal and was pulled up before the third-last in the King George.
