Jack Kennedy looks back on his boss Gordon Elliott's Gold Cup victory

I was down near the last fence, just about 100 yards up from it, for the Gold Cup last year and even though I wasn’t riding in the race my heart was beating that bit quicker as we were all willing Don Cossack up the hill.

Gordon was there too, as were most of the people who work in the yard. At times you think of a yard as a bit of a family and as most of us were down there watching it together it made it all extra special.
