According to the official guide to Ice London 2020, the creative theme of this year's sprawling gaming industry trade show is "Into The Future".

While the latest gambling gadgets and gizmos are exhibited under the capacious roof of London's ExCeL, the industry is also attempting to untangle itself from the knotty tendrils of its past.

The latest London edition of Ice is the biggest yet with around 40,000 attendees expected over the three days. Perhaps the organisers should consider adding a fourth day, although that might dilute the quality of the seminars on bespoke gaming software.
