Tarnawa may have been joined by Derby hero Adayar at the top of Paddy Power's Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe market on Monday but Dermot Weld thinks Japan's great hope Chrono Genesis could be the biggest threat to his superstar mare, who he says he is "satisfied with in every possible way" ahead of her date with destiny on Sunday.

A first Arc victory would crown Weld’s stellar training career, which began back in 1972, and the master of Rosewell House has a superb chance with Tarnawa, who assumed favouritism after chasing home St Mark’s Basilica, who was retired on Monday, in the Irish Champion Stakes at Leopardstown this month.

Weld has made no secret of the fact that the Arc has been Tarnawa's ultimate aim all season and, with less than a week to go until Europe's most prestigious race, the trainer has said he could not be any happier with the way her preparation has gone.
