Customers still waiting on funds as Worldpay problems persist

Many punters are still unable to access funds in their accounts as a result of ongoing problems experienced by payment-processor Worldpay Merchant Service.

Those include clients of Sporting Index, and Ben Cleminson, spokesman for the firm, said: “Our payment service provider Worldpay has experienced an isolated technical issue on its payments gateway which has resulted in delays in processing payouts on behalf of its merchants, which include Sporting Index.

“We are in constant discussion with Worldpay in order to rectify the problem and have been assured that the problem is close to being resolved.”
