The Unibet Stewards' Cup is renowned for being Glorious Goodwood's cavalry charge and it will more than live up to that title this year with a maximum field of 28 runners declared.

Among the most eyecatching will be the William Haggas-trained Nahaarr, who won in style two weeks ago when storming clear of a classy field to strike by two lengths and a quarter at Newbury. He will have Tom Marquand in the saddle again.

Gulliver was well backed for the Scurry Handicap at the Curragh but was headed on the line on that day. He attempts to go one better off 4lb higher for David O'Meara, but has the benefit of Angus Villier's 5lb claim after finishing a solid sixth in the race last year.

Wokingham winner Hey Jonesy lines up under Kevin Stott, while the horse he beat by a nose that day, Summerghand, will also be in contention with Danny Tudhope on board.

Two three-year-olds have been declared, both with solid form this season. Meraas won the Scottish equivalent of this race at Hamilton in mid-July and looks to follow up for Mark Johnston, and Lexington Dash was fourth in the prestigious bet365 Handicap at Newmarket's July festival.

The Qatar Lillie Langtry Stakes has attracted only four declarations but it looks a case of quality over quantity with some impressive fillies in the mix.

At the top of the market is the John Gosden-trained Enbihaar, who won this race last year and was the second of her three consecutive Group 2 victories.

Last year's five-length demolition came at the expense of Manuela De Vega, who is looking for revenge and enters the fray in good form after romping to success in the Lancashire Oaks at the start of July, which Enbihaar also won last season.

Snow steps up to 1m6f for the first time for Aidan O'Brien after finishing fifth in the Irish Oaks, while Roger Varian runs Cabaletta, who landed the Aphrodite Fillies' Stakes at Newbury.
